• What am I entitled to as registered attendee?
  We offer you a complete virtual experience and the opportunity to participate in the Conference, including:

  • Access to live sessions and commercial exhibition.
  • Interactive chat during the sessions.
  • On-demand access to sessions once the Congress has finished.
  • On-demand access to Oral Communications and E-Posters during and after the Congress.
  • Attendance certificate. Upon completion of the Congress you will receive a link to fill out a feedback form. Once completed, the certificate of attendance can be downloaded.
  • Credit certificate. Credit certificates will be issued later on and will be sent by email once verified the attendance at accredited sessions.
• What am I entitled to as exhibitor?

  As exhibitor, you will have access to the exhibition area and those symposia that you organize; you will not have access to sessions or symposia of other companies.

• Will I be able to access the Conference afterwards, if I have not been able to attend a live session?

  The content will be available for a period of three months after the Congress, only for registered attendees. You can access through this website with the username and password that you have been given.

• How can I take part in the 36th SEME Congress?

  To attend the 36th SEME Cogress it is necessary to be registered, have a good Internet connection, and a device (PC or tablet and headphones).

  If you have already registered for the Congress, you will receive an email with the access data and instructions, a few days before it begins. These credentials are personal and non-transferable, and will be sent to the email provided at the registration process.

  Access to the platform of the Conference will be enabled on February 13th.

• Will all the sessions be available online, on-demand?
  Yes, as long as the speaker gives his/her consent.
• Will all the presentations be available for download?
  No, the presentation slides will not be available for download.
• Why are the videos of the presentations not working?
  We recommend using the Chrome browser for a better experience when viewing webcast and live sessions.

• Will I be able, as attendee, to ask questions to the speakers?
  Yes, the virtual system of the Congress offers a chat system so that the moderator can receive and select the questions, and that the speaker can respond to them, live.
• How can I get the certificate of attendance?
  Upon completion of the conference you will receive a link to fill out a feedback form. Once completed, the certificate of attendance can be downloaded.
• How can I get my Credit Certificate?
  Accreditation of the Congress has been requested.
  The virtual congress platform allows keeping track of each delegate attendance and, thus, credit certificates will be issued accordingly.
  Please notice that 100% of attendance to live session is requested for issuing the corresponding Credit Certificate.
• How can I get the participation Certificate of my poster or oral presentation?
  The certificates of presentation will be sent by email after the Congress. Please note that in order to receive this certificate it is essential that the communication/poster has been presented at the Congress and that the first author or presenting-author are registered.
• I have an accepted abstract, how will the presentation be made?
  Oral communications and e-posters will be available on demand during the Congress, on the same virtual platform.
  
  ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PRESENTATION
  Oral communications will be presented in video format with support slide, with a maximum duration of 8 minutes
  
  PRESENTATION E-POSTERS
  Posters will be published in PDF and will include an audio with the oral presentation of the poster, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes.
