All registration fees include access to the 2nd SERECAP Congress.

*1 - The registration must be invoiced to the same registerd doctor (Invoice to natural person, same data as the registered one). Not applicable to company or group registrations. Applicable only to doctors who have been a member of the SEME for more than two years.
*2 - Please send attached a proof of membership of UIME (Unión Internacional de Sociedades de Medicina Estética)
*3 - It is necessary to be studying the master's degree during the date of the Congress. It will be required to attach the master's certificate indicating the start and end date. The fee is not valid if the master's degree ends prior to the congress dates.


The main aim of the SEME is the fight against professional intrusion. For this reason and for years our congress has been directed only to Doctors.

To ensure compliance with these regulations, the colegial number is mandatory for registration. No registration will be confirmed if the number is incorrect or does not correspond to the registration data.

SERECAP registration fees not include access to scientific sessions of the 36 SEME Congress.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form, one form per person. You will receive a reservation confirmation after completing the form; if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

Payment

All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:


Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until January 11th 2021.

No personal check will be accepted for any payments.

Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.

Cancellation Policy Registrations

  • Cancellations received up to December 14th 2020 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to January 11th 2021, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after January 12th 2021, or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
